Scope and Content Note

This series consists of materials relating to the General Electric General Engineering Laboratory (GEL). These include correspondence, notes, reports, and diagrams pertaining to the development of the cathode ray oscillograph at the General Engineering Lab. Also called the cathode ray oscilloscope, and the Dufour oscillograph.

Additional Note

Provenance of this series is unknown. Folders were removed from a larger, catch-all collection, misleadingly named 'R&D Technical Papers', and made into this separate series in April 1999.
